Layout
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a view of the water. The luxurious bathroom with bath, walk–in shower and sauna can be reached from the hall; the toilet is separate. Soal Beach Resort
Soal Beach Resort will be realized in phases in the coming years in one of the most beautiful locations on the IJsselmeer. The beachfront apartments are the first construction phase, starting in 2022. After this, work will continue on expanding the marina and the marina apartments, among other things.

For an owner at Soal Beach Resort, it is possible to book 12 weeks of personal use on an annual basis, of which 2 weeks during vacation periods.
