Why this AFM banner?

The Financial Markets Authority (AFM) supervises the financial markets: saving, investing, insurance, pensions and loans. It is important that there is confidence in the financial markets. And that the markets work in a transparent and honest way. It is not obligatory for enterprises to have a license. When an enterprise fails to fulfill its obligations, it is in the AFM registers.

When an enterprise does fulfill its obligations but does not have a license, it must make this known in its manifestations in the form of an AFM banner.
