Meet the new type C apartments. These six-person apartments are situated on the second floor, with a connection by means of a fixed staircase to the third floor. The apartments have three bedrooms, each suitable for two persons.
Layout
There is one bedroom on the second floor with a view of the water as well as access to the balcony by sliding doors. The luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and sauna, can be accessed through the hall. The toilet is separate. When you enter the spacious living room, you will instantly notice the view of the IJsselmeer. The living room has a spacious open kitchen which features every convenience.
The other two bedrooms are on the third floor, one of which has access to the private balcony and the other having an area where a bathtub can be installed. A second separate toilet is available on this floor. The type C and C-sp terraced apartments are identical but mirrored and appear in all three of the buildings.

Soal Beach Resort
Over the next few years, Soal Beach Resort will be realized at one of the most beautiful locations at the IJsselmeer.
